The many standard features are normally only available on larger and more expensive machines. Advance technology and functional design ensure high accuracy and user friendliness.

SCAN COIN SC 865

HIGH THROUGHPUT

• Speed is set at 1200 notes per minute for max throughput. For visual inspection or when bank-notes of extremely poor quality are counted, a low speed mode of 800 notes per min can easily be selected.

• The SC 865 provides size detection for the height of the notes as a standard. A smaller bank-note or other documents is immediately detected to avoid miscounts.

• Standard functions include continuous counting as well as batching of any quantity between 5 - 999. 5 preset batch size of 10, 20, 25, 50 and 100 notes can be quickly selected.

• The Scan Coin 800 series are capable of detecting double bank-notes as well as chain feed bank-notes.

• The compact, modern and functional design combined with a weight of only 14.3 lbs. makes it easy to move the machine.

SCAN COIN 1500

• The Scan Coin 800 series are capable of detecting double bank-notes as well as chain feed bank-notes. The SC 880 has an intelligent mode, it automatically reads the characteristics of the bank note and adjusts for best performance.

• The SC 880 can, as an option, can be equipped with an external customer display and the SC 880 can provide with the interface a connection to a PC or Cash Management System.

• The compact, modern and functional design combined with a weight of only 14.3 lbs. makes it easy to move the machine.

• Through a sophisticated ultra-violet light detection system in the SC 880, the paper quality is examined against counterfeits. The importance for this feature increases as the problem with counterfeit continues to grow. Sensitivity of the UV detection is an operator adjustment, or switched off when not needed.
